And melancholy's okay if you're living in the sun

With my sideways hair growing out I thought It would be time for a side french braid attempt. Growing up I loved french braiding my own hair.. but still cant pull one off on someone else's hair. Since my feathers have arrived via Etsy, I have been dreaming up little hats and headdresses, and made this feather crown of some sorts with some leftover wire from Halloween and the help of a pair of pliers.

After a few weeks of seemingly non-stop partying I am ready to throw in the towel. I think its time for a break, and I am already plotting my escape to the land of the river and the rainbows - I'm desperate to tank up on energy; curled up on a hammock with a good book in my hands and far far away from this thing called the Internet.. and the bad energy that is festering on my beautiful island.
