I got confessions to make, listen up! No one sleeps when I'm awake..

wearing Terranova leggings, vintage boots & thrifted asymmetric knit pocket tee

Nothing cures island fever faster than flying to the city to see my island family. What a contradiction. We all got together at MERCI Restaurant and Bar (83 Timog Ave) where we ambushed our good friend Reo for his birthday surprise. The look on his face was classic as glitter and confetti flew through the air amidst "Happy Birthday" shouts.. it took him a while to get through the door. I missed my family so much! And well since it was a surprise party, of course none of them knew I was arriving.. which made for an even better reunion. ♥

It was probably the free flowing Grey Goose or perhaps the mere 3 hours of sleep I had the night before, or getting on a red-eye after a night of beers, or maybe everything all together.. but now I have a heavy case of Laryngitis. Okay, that wouldn't exactly stop me but lets just say last night I just had water but still didn't go to sleep until 6am. I didn't get on a flight to rest.. but well, today I really have to save my voice, and on a Saturday night, I guess that would mean..... more hand signals? Because I'm certainly not staying home..

PS: How amazing is Santa Theresa's Chanel?!

Isn't it amazing how you drink, don't sleep much, get on a flight, and somehow make it til early morning the next DAY? i did that two weeks ago in nyc. so crazy!
