I'm keeping my head in the clouds and it's not so tragic, if I don't look down

wearing vintage tutu skirt, Gap Body bra top, SM dept store braided belt, Ebay rings & DIY feather necklace

I bought this skirt in Baguio and it had the tackiest lace trimming attached to the hem, but I instantly fell in love with it.. the feather necklace is the result of a bit of boredom and a mountain of materials and I am wearing my new favorite ring - a bamboo coral ring.

Today I passed by the thrift store with the hopes of finding something new and amazing, but the restock is a bit of a disappointment. I never leave a thrift store without purchasing anything, and so I decided to carefully go through the pile of bathing and bodysuits. As a self confessed germophobe [shaking hands is not something I enjoy doing], I was obviously weary of digging in what used to be somebody else's undergarments, but I managed to find 4 pieces that were worth the risk, 2 of them new. There were some polka dots, nautical and zebra stripes and a black bodysuit. The zebra especially is insane, and will probably soon be the target of the next act of narcissism.

The braid starts by my right ear - it was an experiment to see if I could cover my growing bald spot. I am just itching to shave it again, but the Nana's girl that I am, I decided to wait until next summer.. which for us islanders is in March. Patience is a virtue I am not familiar with.

I'm thinking about hosting a giveaway for my local readers.. any ideas? What would you like to win?
